Jackpot 6000 Slot

Classic slot games don’t often get the appreciation that they deserve, and instead, are pushed to the back burner thanks to the much more graphically sound video slots. However, some of them are still managing to make enough of an impact on the scene to keep players coming back for more, and Jackpot 6000, which is created by NetEnt, is one of them. The game itself is set in a NetEnt-branded casino, as can be seen by the many wall images, and you can also see the classic machine game, ‘Gold Rush’ in the background as well. The cabinet of Jackpot 6000 is seen in the foreground, and it’s all designed in the style of the traditional slot machines found in land-based casinos. If nothing else, this makes for a nice bit of nostalgia for those gamers who have enjoyed playing in such establishments over the years. There isn’t any kind of inclusive soundtrack either, with the only noises coming from the spinning reels and any wins formed upon such. And while it may not be anything ultimately special in terms of the graphics when compared to the various video slots from NetEnt, it’s still a visually pleasing game to play.

Traditional Icons on Classic Reels

Like most traditional slot machine games, Jackpot 6000 provides a layout of three reels and three rows. Upon these reels, you’ll find a variety of different symbols relating to the classic games of casinos. Therefore, you’ll find imagery of lemons, grapes and cherries in the first instance. These are joined by icons of bells, as well as golden stars. The joker image is also available as a final symbol. As noted, these are not specifically detailed in terms of graphics, but they make for good enough symbols as far as classic slot games go.

As well as having the mentioned reels, rows and icons, Jackpot 6000 also includes a total of five different pay lines, and these are not able to be changed in any way as the developed has fixed them in place. However, what is very much adjustable is the amount of funds you wager per spin. You’ll notice in the bottom right hand corner of the screen that there are four different coin amounts. These are €0.10, €0.20, €0.50 and €1, respectively. Of course, these relate to the value of a single coin. By pressing the ‘Bet’ button, you can increase the amount of coins that you wager per bet line on each spin. This has a range of between one and 10, which means that you’ll have the option of placing a maximum overall wager of €10 per round should you push everything up to its highest level.

Classic Specialities

Most traditional slot machine games aren’t really known for their special features, and instead are usually played for their base game. The reason being that it’s the simplest form of slot gaming. However, Jackpot 6000 has one or two additional features included in it to ensure that your game play is much more enjoyable on the whole. The first of these features is triggered after every winning combination you form on the reels, and this is its extra gambling add on. Once you’ve managed to form a win, you’ll see the heads and tails coins begin flashing at the right hand side of the cabinet. You have two choices here. You can either collect all the winnings gained from the base game, or play a round or two of heads or tails to try and increase these.

You do have the option of transferring some of the funds across so as not to wager them all on the gambling round. Once you’re ready to gamble, simply press whether you think the coin will land on heads or tails. Getting it right will see your gambled amount doubled, while an incorrect guess will see them lost.

If you’re playing the game with the maximum bet amount, any wins formed will also give you the opportunity to enter ‘Supermeter Mode’. This will give you the opportunity to win on two visible joker icons showing up anywhere on the reels, as well as the standard three regular symbols on a bet line. You then have the chance to play another game or collect the winnings. If the game is lost, the remaining coins will be added to the credit meter and the ‘Supermter Mode’ ends.
